I founded ResumeOne to do something the traditional career services industry rarely does: operate at the intersection of individual advancement and organizational strategy. ResumeOne is a workforce navigation ecosystem built to serve professionals navigating career transitions and organizations building the talent pipelines that drive sustainable growth.

With more than 15 years of experience across workforce development, public policy, adult learning, and organizational leadership, I bring a systems-level perspective shaped by fundraising and managing multimillion-dollar federal grant portfolios, creating nationally recognized workforce initiatives, designing sector strategies across multi-county regional economies, and convening employers, educators, and policymakers to align talent supply with labor market demand.

As a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), I work with professionals at every stage, from emerging leaders entering the workforce to seasoned executives navigating complex transitions. My methodology draws from labor market intelligence, evidence-based adult learning, and the strategic insight that comes from operating inside workforce systems at scale.

I am a requested national speaker and facilitator, delivering sessions on workforce readiness, leadership development, and talent strategy for conferences, professional associations, and organizational audiences across the country. This work is reinforced by my practice as a college professor, where I apply adult learning principles to strengthen professional foundations where workforce entry begins.

A Professional Affiliate of the University of Louisville's Center for Positive Leadership, I bring strengths-based frameworks into my consulting and facilitation work.
