With more than 15 years of experience in career coaching, workforce development, and leadership training, I specialize in helping professionals gain clarity, confidence, and the tools they need to succeed.

As a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), I've guided job seekers at every stage, from students launching their first careers to executives navigating leadership transitions. Having navigated job loss and transition myself, I serve my clients with both strategy and empathy, helping them move forward with confidence.

Beyond ResumeOne, I've taught academic success at the college level, applying adult learning principles to help students strengthen the skills needed for personal and professional growth. I served in executive leadership roles within the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), collaborating with industry peers to strengthen workforce readiness.
