With more than 15 years of experience across workforce development, public policy, adult learning, and organizational leadership, I bring a systems-level perspective shaped by fundraising and managing multimillion-dollar federal grant portfolios, creating nationally recognized workforce initiatives, designing sector strategies across multi-regional economies, and convening employers, educators, and policymakers to align talent supply with labor market demand.

A Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), I work with professionals at every stage, from emerging leaders to seasoned executives navigating complex transitions.

A national speaker, college professor, and Professional Affiliate of the University of Louisville's Center for Positive Leadership, I bring strengths-based frameworks into my work.
